OPTIMIZED ENERGY EFFICIENCY
For a separator, we will get into the Liquid Level Controller Black Box. Remove the tubing and the gauges and of course block off all valves so the system is safe to work on. When we are in the box, we install our device and seal up all holes in the Controller Box. Then we proceed to remove the valve that is not compliant and install our device. The lines of power and communication are then connected and now we move on to the Smart Box that is connected to our Raven On-Site Control System. Wave our magic wrench and the system is now meeting all your requirements.
Support and Warranty
Raven stands behind each piece from the bolts to the Board you can know that is has a 1 year warranty and unlimited support. Our support staff will help troubleshoot any issues and if needed send out our tech to help solve the problems you are having. When the 1 year warranty is up, you can still call for support and we will still give you our highest level of support to solve your issues. Raven was built on the basis of innovation and support, others my charge you a yearly support contract but we don’t. Others may charge you an hourly rate after the warranty is up on phone support but we don’t. My promise to you is simply we will not fail you or leave you even after the warranty is over.
